Hi Barbra, I can't wait to see you in concert (though prices are a bit steep love... I might have to sell my clothers and my soul on ebay!) I've got a question for the FANS... what's your favourite Barbra Streisand moment?

Hello Barbra, My mum and I came to see you in 1994. It was the greatest experience of my life after the birth of my girls. I have loved you and your music all my life. (I'm 40). It was a lot of money for us back then (£270) we got front row tickets and I cried the whole concert. There is no way we can afford to see you again this time. I will have to hope there will be a DVD of the concert. You are the greatest singer of all time and I really wish we could see you again. Maybe next year you could do a concert for your poorer fans. No one could apprieciate your music more than me and my mum. So glad you are still making music. Maybe i'll win the lottery and we will be able to see you again one day.

How sad that barbra has sold out and forget the struggles she had to reach the top when she was growing up in Brooklyn....its the likes of us who got you where you are today....a bit of gratitute and humility would be nice for the fans who can't afford the price of your concerts...your a remarkable proformer with an amazing talent.........how sad that you have lost your roots

Like most of your fans Barbara I have been a lifelong fan - and a lifelong dream to see you live in concert, I am 54 and am the proud owner of just about every piece of music, films and video's you've ever made but ........ never been able to afford your concert tickets - unfortunately along with so many others I can never afford to meet the high prices of your concerts, I am disappointed that you don't consider this and only make room for the rich to see you. Maybe one day eh !

I was listening to you before i was born,my mom adores you we were bought up on you, needs to say i was almost called Fanny, but my Dad put his foot down.I have to agree with alot of your other fan's it's time you thought of us not so fortunate ones that can't afford the ticket prices plus travel expenses,my mom suffers with heart condition now so may never get her dream to come true, perhaps you should put some tickets up to be won, still love you though,i don't suppose its in your hands the actual pricing of your tickets,so maybe you should have words with them.

I am your biggest fan. You are the best singer in the world and your talent is totally amazing. I sing all of your songs. You are inspirational to others and i wish i could afford to come and see you in concert, it would be a dream come true for me. I hope your concert in London becomes available on DVD and CD, that would be great.

Hi Babs, glad to know you are touring again. My son who is a devoted fan would dearly have loved to come to your concert but he had a tumour removed and it has left him with epilepsy so the lights ,crowds, etc; can set him off.I hope you release your concert on DVD and CD so he can see you at home.He adores your voice and over his bed is a beautiful signed picture of you framed by maribu feathers.I do not agree with other fans about the price of your tickets ,you are a special person with great talent ,and special things are worth paying that bit extra to see .Good Luck and a big kiss from Ross xxxxx

Dear Barbra, Just found out you landed in Zurich! I am a Swiss-American - born in Switzerland and grew up in the US. I live 15 train minutes away from Zurich and I wish I could invite you for a cup of coffee and have a personal chat with you! Ever since I can remember you have been my number 1 music idol. I remember your first TV shows in the US where I sat fascinated in front of the screen and was amazed at your brilliant talent. For some reason I have always identified myself with you, as though we were sisters. I sing myself and I know how much soul goes into a song when you sing it!!! My husband treated me to a ticket at your concert in Zurich and I'm really looking forward to it. It is indeed for me a dream come true. Bless you also for your political work and for voicing your opinion on the worst President and administration the US has ever seen. All the best to you in every possible way! An excited fan, Annemarie

Like so many other people, i have every cd, dvd, etc that you have ever done, it is a shame that i cannot afford to see you. It does seem very unfair that the real fans who put you where you are cannot have the pleasure in seeing you live in concert.

My mum has been a fan of your's for years, and it was wonderful to find out you were playing in the uk. BUT THEN WE FOUND OUT HOW MUCH THE TICKETS WERE!!! What are you thinking? Us 'normal' folk cannot afford this, especially just for one 2hour (or less??) show! For about the same money we could go to a festival and see 50 or more bands. Go back to your roots, these fans have supported you when your tickets were only selling for £10 a piece, have every album, single and film you've ever done. We will NOT be buying ANYMORE! You are hardley struggling for money, especially after your so called 'sellout' uk tour! You have soldout in the worse way possible. And now my mum will never see the act she's idolised for many years. Bex, Glos

You have inspired me with your songs since I was a kid growing up in Sri Lanka. I would have loved to come and see you - which would have been a dream come true but circumstances does not allow me to do that. Hope you have a wonderful and successful tour and keep up the good work. On behalf of everyone here in the UK - May the good lord bless you and keep you well. LOL Chulie

Oh Barbra, how do you mend broken dreams? I left my home in Scotland and at great expense, flew to Dublin to attend your concert. I was so excited and felt so high, I could almost have flown without the aid of Ryanair. After 30 years of being a devoted fan, I was finally going to see you live, on stage, in person, right in front of my very eyes. Wow!However, I soon came down to earth with an almighty thump when I saw the disgraceful setting for your concert. I paid £187 to sit in a quagmire! I heard only the last 15 minutes of your concert because of the fiasco about lack of seats ( my seat did not exist) lack of stewards to police the irate fans who sat anywhere they liked , the 4 hour traffic hold-up and the total disregard for health and safety rules which were blatantly violated on the night. The event was a nightmare- especially the appalling conditions fans had to endure to exit the venue. Your concert should never have been held in a field. Your discerning fans deserved, and paid for, better than that. What on earth was "intimate" about a field? Why did you not cancel the concert when you knew that Dublin had suffered 43 days and nights of rain - at times torrential? Your loyal and devoted fans waded through mud and muck to see you, then skidded up and down makeshift aisles looking for seats that did not exist. That is not how I imagined spending my night at a Barbra Stresiand concert. My lifelong dream of hearing you sing live was shattered on July 14th. I still haven't recovered from the shock and total disappointment of the evening. I can't recall the number of times I have dreamt about seeing you perform live or hoped beyond reason that you would come to Scotland and perform in our wonderful Concert Hall in Glasgow. When I heard you were performing in Dublin I finally scrimped and saved enough to pay for my ticket to Dublin and make my dream come true. My dream did not come true that night. It was shattered. Please post a response on your website to the hundreds of disappointed Dublin concert fans who were totally disillusioned and disappointed at not being able to see, hear or enjoy your concert, despite paying hundreds of pounds for tickets. You may not be responsible for the ineptitude of the organisers, but you allowed them to represent you and your good name.

I unfortunatly was very disappointed at the dublin concert. I paid for myself and my cousin (as a wedding present), cost of 400euro. We were so excited to see her but that quickly left us when we arrived. We arrived to scaffolding in a muddy field. It was very off putting to see people constently walking around through out the whole concert looking for their seats (which didn't exist). What really got up my nose was the locals from the area where in the field behind me and could see as much or should I say as little as I could but for free. I couldn't believe they could get so close. I also think that I could of gotten a better view of babs if I had paid the lowest priced ticket.

To Barbra, I took the chance and fulfilled my greatest dream which was seeing you live. I bought the ticket for your closing night concert in London and with a thrill in my heart flew to London from Poland. You were sensational at the concert. I was wiping the tears of happiness running down my cheeks with a huge smile that stuck on my face while listening to you singing. I would like to thank you for this European Tour, for giving so many Europeans the chance to admire you live. I'm glad and I'm proud that I was one of them. Your concert was definitely the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life. ENCORE, please!!!

Dear Barbra - watching the news at the moment. Horrified at these fires ripping through California. Hope your home is OK. All the best from Fort William, Scotland.

Well Hello gorgeous! (Sorry, I couldn't resist, Hello Barbra!) Big Fan! Friends slightly shocked because I'm 17, but that is the power of your talent, I'm slowly converting them all to Barbra lovers too (They're already singing 'Miss Marmlestein' and 'Honey pie'!!! I saw you at the 02 on the 18th and let me tell you...worth every penny! After a tough couple of years personally, seeing you in concert was a dream come true!I'm so impressed that your ability has barely changed in four decades, it is a truly beautiful gift...still going strong! I have to say that those who complain about the prices should maybe think of the extent of your success and talent...when they achieve all that you have, then maybe I'll consider their comments (I think they forget that quality comes at a price!)'Till then, thank you for the joy that you bring, you're a true inspiration and I'm so happy to see that you never sold out, stayed true to yourself, climbed to the top and stayed there! love Tanyaxxx
